How to Measure Your Foot to Find the Right Shoe Size

Measurement Method

  • Place your foot on a piece of paper, marking the longest points of the front and back with a pen.
  • The distance between these two points is your foot length.
  • Use the length of your larger foot as the basis if there's a slight size difference between feet.
  • If your foot is wide, it’s recommended to choose one size larger.
  • If your foot is narrow, it’s recommended to choose one size smaller.
  • The measured foot length should match the insole length of the shoes rather than the actual shoe size.
  • If the shoes feel tight or loose, this could indicate an incorrect measurement method.

Size Recommendations for Different Foot Shapes

  • Standard Foot Shape: Standard size (no adjustment needed)
  • Wide Ball of Foot: Choose one size larger
  • Long Ball of Foot: Choose one size larger
  • Wide Forefoot: Choose one size larger
  • Narrow Foot Shape: Choose one size smaller
