How to Measure Your Foot to Find the Right Shoe Size
Measurement Method
- Place your foot on a piece of paper, marking the longest points of the front and back with a pen.
- The distance between these two points is your foot length.
- Use the length of your larger foot as the basis if there's a slight size difference between feet.
- If your foot is wide, it’s recommended to choose one size larger.
- If your foot is narrow, it’s recommended to choose one size smaller.
- The measured foot length should match the insole length of the shoes rather than the actual shoe size.
- If the shoes feel tight or loose, this could indicate an incorrect measurement method.
